A well-informed instructor can have a powerful influence on their students. That’s why we created the Educator Toolkit. This toolkit is easy to use and provides shareable online resources that teachers can use to engage students and educate them about Social Security.
The Department of Financial Services will be available to answer questions for Franklin and St. Lawrence County residents regarding application of grants of up to $50,000 that will be available from the state Division of Homes and Community Renewal.
The HCR grants can be used to reimburse costs or directly pay for work to repair damage on a home caused by the storm. Applicants must be homeowners who live at the property as their primary residence, and are only available to people making up to 100% of the area median income.

A LOCAL LAW OPTING OUT OF ALLOWING CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND ON- SITE CANNABIS CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE TOWN OF CONSTABLE

§1. Legislative intent:
It is the intent of this Local Law to opt the Town of Constable out of hosting retail cannabis dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries.
§2. Authority
This local law is adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law §131, which expressly authorizes the Town Board to opt-out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate and operate within Town boundaries.

Knowing how to identify potential scammers will help safeguard your personal information.
There are common elements to many scams. Scammers often take advantage of fears and threaten you with arrest or legal action. Scammers also pretend to be Social Security or other government employees and claim there’s a problem with your Social Security number (SSN) or your benefits. They may even claim your SSN is linked to a crime.
