DRAFT Updated Franklin County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

As you may know, the Franklin County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) has been working with an advisory committee and consultants to update the Franklin County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The draft document is now complete and we are seeking comment from the public. The CEDS contains an analysis of the county’s economy and identifies goals, strategies, and priority projects for implementation. Adoption of a new CEDS requires public input as part of state and federal regulations.

Public Comment Period: August 27 – September 26, 2025
